I was born and educated in Bandon and moved to England where I started my own business in 1991. I have extensive experience in the buying and selling process, together with property management. I have sold homes from small 1 bedroomed apartments to 5 bedroomed detached homes, from small terraced homes to detached period properties. I have also developed green field sites to large developments. I have wide experience in selling properties overseas and have organized numerous Sales Exhibitions.
I have gathered a wealth of experience over these years and have discovered that once the client retains my services to sell their property I give the client 100% attention. This will include the knowledge of the selling process, feedback to the client on their property and the state of the property market. Servicing the client needs with regular communication is what today’s client is looking for. My refurbished office in Bandon, Co Cork is a valuable tool to carry out this process, and I do welcome clients to call in and discuss their property requirements. I have a widespread knowledge of the area as I also live in the area.
